Acceptance

Hello.
I had sent my written application in over a week ago and have played on the OAS with DM TT.
Last friday, DM Maxcell told me I was accepted from my written app. However, I still haven't recieved my acceptance email, the webpage after logging in doesn't show the server password and I'm still unable to access all the forums. DM Maxcell said he'd PM Wynna for me concerning my situation. I just thought I'd post here to introduce myself and the details of my "limbo-acceptance." I'm anxious to play and look forward to getting in game.

Welcome to ALFA!
I'm sure the situation you described will resolve, esp. if Maxcell's already looking into it. Acceptance emails are sometimes known to go into junk mail folders (the subject line alone like "Welcome" or "Congratulations" or whatever kind of stinks of unsolicited commercial email).
Have fun exploring the realms... as always, suggest you check out the server forums, IRC, even peek at numbers on Gamespy for your preferred playing hours, so that you end up someplace whose rhythm kind of fits your own. Cheers!

I am sure your situation will be sorted out in no time.
While you're waiting yu might want to start downloading the haks. Gonna take a while and that way you won't to wait that much once you get your password.

Welcome. Several of us had our acceptance emails lost to junk folder. As has been mentioned, you'll get straightened out soon enough. Just start on those haks, they seem to never end LOL

BIG hello, Vaelahr. Hope your password ills have past, and your LIVE Avatar is happily roaming the world of ALFA (in a well armed group, of course
). If you haven't already, poke around, and find a server that seems to work with your expected playtimes (ie: increase your chances of having many other players and DMs to interract with). Good luck and have fun.

Just recieved my acceptance email, got the haks, the forum access, ready to get IC Live.
