So long as you "retire" that PC ........never play him/her again.....you can make a new PC with the old one still in your vault. There's also "death by chicken" ...pick some seemingly harmless domesticed animal and attack it with your current PC. Since the ALFA chickens all have 19 HP, BA +8 and Power Attack, your problem will be solved.

After a while, if fatalities start to pile up, you can request someone clear out your PCs......but wait 'til there are 8-10 in there
