. I think I might do either Baldur's Gate or the Silver Marches, I am leaning towards the latter at the moment. I also plan to play as a Ranger/Fighter wood elf. A little secluded, but enjoys making friends 
. So if any of you have any advice, bring it. I'm sure I'll need every bit of it.

They are indeed, very different from all other dnd elves. Currently all the links in the Player's Guide to ALFA section on elves link to sites that aren't applicable for 3.5e FR elves; for starters I would suggest checking this link specificly under the section marked Forgotten Realms Elves:hollyfant wrote:Hello, hello! As for advice: try to read up on Faerûnian Wood Elves. They can be a quirky lot.
