ALFA Off Topic Forums

Post by Haploe »

Hi. My name is Haploe.

On rare occasions, I like to visit the ALFA Off Topic forums just to see who is still posting and to browse the topics. Some of them, as you may know, are quite amusing. Why, one gentleman even has (or perhaps 'had' is the better word) a picture of a rabbit with breakfast food on it's head. That's comedy GOLD!

However, I can no longer pursue this leisure time activity as my forum access is quite limited. Is there any way I can get access to just that forum? If so, that would be great. If not, no biggie.

Oh, and, I hope you're all doing well round these parts. No doubt you're all as geeked as I about NwN2 being released in just a couple short weeks . . . supposedly.

The name is slightly familiar... but I'm not sure why.

More ghosts of alfa past...

just have membership re-activated. You'll be able to get your fill of OT and more.

LOL, for some reason being referred to as a ghost of ALFA past strikes me as amusing.

Since I don't even have NwN installed on my new machine, I figured a full on re-activation would be silly. Although it may be the easiest way to go about it.

Zicada, no idea where I'm staying for NwN2. I guess if it turns out that PWs are going to be feasible on a scale that I find enjoyable, I'll start my search for good roleplay and active dm's. I've come to prefer the more campaign oriented approach, but with my current job the hours are anything but regular, so the standard weekly dnd night won't really work.

Is ALFA going to carry on plot-lines and current lore/characters into NwN2? Or will it be a completely fresh start?

fresh start. might be the odd reference to alfa 1 stories, but that's strictly flavor-type stuff.
