Greetings and well met, one and all!

I am Zaranthys Rivermoon, a ranger. I am very much looking forward to begin my journeys in the Realms ... perhaps, Fates willing, my travels will allow me to meet many of you and, hopefully, many new friendships will be forged while braving the dangers of this world of ours.

Who knows what the Fates hold for tomorrow?

The phrase refers to the fact that you wont be on your 1st character for long :D

ALFA has that effect on 1st characters.....that effect being deadness.

So good luck on the 2nd one!

Don't listen to them about your first character dying quicly it's really possible if you hide under a rock that he'll survive until for a while.
