Before I dive in, will having stuff in my Override folder cause problems when playing in ALFA?

as a general rule I don't keep stuff in my override folder when I'm playing ALFA, ultimately it SHOULDN'T matter though

It doesn't matter if you have stuff in the override folder, because we run our servers with the 'disable client overrides' setting.
