Send the bio to your reguarl DM. It'll be posted up for all other DMs to read, if needed.
Include in it what ever you want. More is good, as it gives us DMs potential hooks for your PC. But then I know I don't want to read a twenty two page essay on each PC. As a player, my bios are usually just a load of bullet points, highlighting the key features of my PCs past, and their future goals.
