A Land Far Away

Greetings all

I've been playing here 3 years ago for some time with NWN1.
So I still know the basics.

Anyway I want to greet all of you.
I'm looking for a active player who can play with me (maybe even more).
With active I mean 1-2h a/day. Maybe more or less.

I'm realy interested in making a full background/history and personality from scrats. Which is realy time consuming.
I do have both books PHB3.5 and FRCS to make it all happen.
So I'm looking for 1 or more players around GMT+1 or players who can play around my time-- between 20:00-23:00 GMT+1.

Let me know if you are interested in some heavy RP'ing and if ur able to give some time to create a good background/history for your character.

(ps. I'm even able to teach complete newbies the basics.)

Hello, hello. Welcome back.

If you team up and have an elaborate background, don't forget to tell the local DMs about it. That way they can incorporate it.

Hollyinfant btw, is a great Euro DM. Currently there is a little lull due to the end of the year of college and school on both servers but do not despair.

TSM is a good choice for starting players in that case. Content wise it is strong with little fun things to do to help get the feel of the engine and so forth.

Tips:
1. Don't do any quest that requires fighting alone or solo.
2. Find a buddy to play with which we do have quite a few nice Euro players.
3. Stay off the roads w/o a guide. Running the risk of road spawns kills many players. Wait till a Dm is on and ask for assistance.
4. Make a PC concept that plays well with others. It's not much fun being emo and lonesome, especially when Dm time is spread thin.
5. Avoid OCC farming. Spawns are not an endless supply of get-rich-quick-lewt bags. Often they randomly spawn deadly as well.

Most of all, never give up. The best of us keep plugging on despite the odds.

no on a serious note, Cloud has it spot on (which makes sense) There actually is a pretty good number of Euro players on TSM, I think about 7 of us, the only potential downside for you might be that 5 of them are Elves HOWEVER that could work well also in that there is likely going to be an 'Elf Night' starting up again soon, and moving into what is a semi established group of players will drastically improve your chance of survival

for DMs we have Holly as a Euro DM, however Clouds Events are often just timed right that we can get involved
