How to get item erfs from a PC

In NWN1 one could acquire item erfs from an exported PC.
Is there still a way to get item erfs off of an exported PC?

Not really.
What are you trying to do? There may be an easier way than creating an erf.

I have a player PC.
There are items on that PC.
I want to edit those items and reintroduce to my PC via a DM.
No one has the original erfs.

you're safest (and fastest) bet would be to make a duplicate item from scratch with the changes you want.

..and you cant just get a DM to copy your PC then paste your copy in the DM area then dump all the items on your PC into DM P-storage?
and/or.. take all the copied items off your PC copy into the DM avatar's inventory then export DM avatar. The DM should then be able to take the items to any server they have access to.
Helpful at all?
If it is and you have some manner of non-nefarious purpose for this other than doubling your lewt in seconds

These methods would duplicate items, but not allow to edit them, far as I can see.
If there is a way to obtain a UTI (presumably for further editing) out of a item instance, then it would surely be of interest to me, too.

Checking the .BIC with a hex- or text-editor might reveal the "tag" of the item's blueprint.

Unfortunately, if you have the blueprint in the module in the first place, the issue is usually non-existent. It's the items whose blueprints have either been cleaned out of module, presumably for being unique(ish), or items that were DM avatar muled in, that are the issue to begin with.
I suppose knowing it's not doable is something, too. Cheers
