How do you move custom items into different categories or create your own categories and move them there?

If a category exists that you want to move to, just copy the category slot from an item already in the one you want to move to to the item you want to move. If a category doesn't exist, I think you can just write one into the category slot and it will create the new category. Note the "I think" on that last answer.

Yes, you can set the category by filling in the field, with something like:

Custom|Clothing|Formalwear|Mens|Tuxedo

or so on and so forth. The new category should show up immediately.
