Hello,
Here is a first of many placeable items for cities and urban environments. Right now, I am considering whether to add rails or not to these steps.
Comments? ideas?
Thanks,

Sounds great! We could use more modeling.
I know that Heero is looking to build a water mill, he may have some ideas.

Don't have a complete list, no

Very cool. How is making placeable objects different from creatures? Is it mostly the animations involved?

I would say so. Creatures need a vast amount of animations to look good.

Creatures require rigging and animations for various actions.
EDIT: I intended to add a screen shot. Attached is an in game shot, showing the placeable's proportions.
