Reported as working; allows adding +Enh and material properties to ammunition.

Eya rusty after bugging you for sometime , I did some testing and continued researching and just found that Atari enabled Enhancement in bows, not sure if it was in the last patch but I did some testing in a local mod and it was working.

So I supose this hak is no longer needed since it will only add to the OC crafting system that we are not using anyway.

Regarding the arrows I supose it Curm was able to do Silver ones we can also make other types.
