Is this in ALFA yet, and if not, can it be put in easily? It's very tasty, especially for assistant DMs to help out the main DM in a story run.

Talernon has a crapload of special custom stuff. If you want to contact the DM there, I have his e-mail/MSN thing. Also take a look at C3, if you haven't already.
