Ultra-minor hak update

This one only changed alfa_acr.hak and alfa_2da.hak very slightly, to allow testing of some feat availability changes.
Should have an altered GUI hak ready in a day or two, though. That one will need DM testing especially, as it adds ALFA XP award options.
Update is on the Worldgate, I'll update the direct-upload links tomorrow.
