Steel Talon Mercenary Company Contract

This is a text of the contract members have signed, felt I'd post it's body here just so people know what their characters have signed.

The signer of this contract hereafter referred to as the hireling agrees to the following stipulations as a requirement for their continued employment within the Steel Talon Mercenary Company hereafter referred to as the Company.
I. The hireling will not commit piracy, banditry, kidnapping or murder of the defenseless.
II. The hireling will not accept contracts on behalf of the Company without that explicit authority being granted to them by the Commander of the Company.
III. The hireling will obey all orders given by the ranking Company Officer during the course of completing a mercenary contract.
IV. The hireling agrees to to complete any contract accepted to it's completion, and will not leave the employ of the Company during a contract.
V. The hireling will not attempt to defraud the Company or the hiring party of any given contract.
VI. The hireling will not discredit the Company, and will strive at all times to maintain a professional and honorable reputation of themselves and the Company.

The hireling understands that if they are found to be in breach of any of the above stipulations they can be immediately reprimanded and removed from the employment rolls of the Company.

The hireling is entitled to the following as a member of the Company.
I. Room and Board within the Company headquarters.
II. Even share of contract reward for every contract the hireling works on.
III. Reimbursement of basic potions and scrolls during approved contract work. Advanced potions and scrolls may be reimbursed based on Commander's discretion.
