Curm/swiff - can I be a dm on your server please?
I can't remember the process exactly, but my app will be the same as the last time I was a DM here. Not sure who's running the show ATM!

The usual process is the DM application:

... which is indeed sometimes skipped for previous DMs who left on good terms or active DMs joining extra teams. Though I guess anyone peeking over your shoulder might like that link, and there it is if you're told to fill out an application.
