The "Fourthpeak Raids - Assignment 1 - Gnoll Causeway" quest seems to cause the whole module to reset.

Wands Cave
There is a thing called "rocky handhold" on the ground in the center of the cave.
It gives the appearance of being an object.
But it's really an area transition that does some weird stuff.
Any PC that touches transitions to a new area ... additionally it forces a climb check and damages the PC while descending if they fail... same climb check applies to trying to get out.
(Usually these things initiate dialogue that gives the PC an option: "These rocky handholds descend into a cave below. Do you want to attempt to climb down? (Climb check)" )

Silverwood 7d, southwest corner of the ruined camp - when a PC gets to that area, crash happened to two different clients.

No Guards spawn.
(There is a still an active static from the Silverymoon letters that have thr PC pikcing up letters from chest outside. Chest is there and still works to complete the quest .... there's just no evidence of any outpost presence)

Darksteel dwarven waraxe (+1 and +1d2 electrical)
When changing from the weapon equipped to ranged attack the ranged ammo seems to be retaining the electrical damage bonus.
(Not sure if this helps, but I did notice that the weapon effect seems to be on the PD’s hand, not the weapon )

Vordrigan's Tower doesn't quite know what it want to be.
The exterior is "Vordrigan's Fine Weapons" and his dialoge says he gets the best weapons from Turmish.
But on the map pin it is "Vordrigan's Tower," Vorgrigan is dressed like a mage, and his inventory sells potions, wands, and scrolls.
