OOC Note regarding Quaervarr update

First, my apologies for the delays in getting Quaervarr rebuilt following its sacking so long ago.

Today I've installed a new Quaervarr area, built by the talented El Cadaver. I am sure you will enjoy it. Please regard this version In Character as having slowly taken shape since over a long period. A canonical addition to Quaervarr is the inclusion of the Oak House - a druidic shrine.

As with any new addition, there may be issues with ATs and other technical systems. Please report bugs here.

I will start with these:

The Sunken Dungeon AT is not working.-Fixed
The exit to the Whistling Stag is not working. (I've locked the entrance for now.)-Fixed
Some spawns are not triggering properly.-Fixed
No Returns Bin in Quaervarr Smithy.-Fixed

My thanks for you patience, and my thanks especially to El Cadaver for his lovely creation and his putting up with my demands.

-5d - Quaervarr - Gnoll Cave -> i could not exit the area.
-Shrine's NPC has no dialog, and no store.

Looking real good! I like how it is more forest/Moonwood and just a little town. The waterfalls are lovely too.

We have chain, manacles, and locks in the items menu...the question is whether El Cadaver has lockpicking skill points :chin:

Gnoll cave and cave next to it have the same interior.
one with spawns the other without.
thats the way it was meant to be?

Both now have spawns.

Also, note that some spawns have had their Perception range adjusted.

I do respond well to positive motivation, Once my praise-o-meter reaches full, I might be up for another build. Of course, we have a baby due in 5 weeks time, which is going to make things pretty difficult. I just really like having stuff on the server which people enjoy RPing in. If we could get an Aussie DM, I'd like to have a DM session in Quaervaar some time.

Two things then, Cadaver:

1)...hurry up and build Claw Hollow before you're up burping the little monster all night.

2)...be sure and teach junior how to build in the toolset as soon he he can walk as far as the computer.
