Recent DM activity

Good to see all the recent DM activity from new PDMs dergon darkhelm and Heero; returning DM johnlewismcleod; increased activity from DM Regas; and continuing superb DMing by DMs Maxbogs and viigas. Also good to announce the newly activated return of DM OGR. Also thanks to EADM Swift for all the time he's spent in the Toolset lately adding more fun things for the server.
