A provider that is in the path between TSM and the vault has been continuing to have
outages today. This has been causing the vault connection to go up and down. The provider in question is working on the issue.

One of the potential issues of intermittent Vault connections is the possibility that your Character File might be inadvertently duplicated. Players should pay attention to the following symptoms:
1) PC seems to be missing XP earned.
2) PC either missing items acquired recently, or still has items sold or disposed of previously.
If you notice any of the above symptoms, you are advised to stop playing and contact HDM Curmudgeon, EADM Swift, or ask in Chat for someone with Vault access to have your Vault folder checked.

Things appear to have returned back to normal, haven't seen any indications of further problems with transit through HE for the past 14 hours or so.
