Static problem.

It seem my toon "Rarin Mountlus" is unable to do static quest. Is there a away to fix this?
First suggestion would be to post this in the bug thread and give much more detail: Who gives quest, where, what happens/doesn't happen, etc.
Second would be to try to get ahold of a TSM DM in IRC, ASAP, OK?
