A Land Far Away

Due to the change in travel time/distance caused by our moving from the original external area maps to the OLM travel system, Quaervaar is now no longer further away from RWK than RM, as is stated by the RWK Quartermaster. I would simply suggest that both the payout and the text referring to RM and QV be adjusted appropriately to cover the current state of affairs (ie. RM should pay the most because it's the furthest delivery point, whereas QV is now between HH and RM in travel time)
