OOC heads up for IC change do to OOC issue

As you all are amazing RPers, i'm sure "IC" it will not be an issue if an when any of you realise there will be a change (DM approved) in one or two "things" about my PC Bu. Entirely an RP thing in one case, and another a minor mechanical thing. This in effect will not change much about him at all yet - but for some who have met him, it will be a significant change in one way... but since approved, please act accordingly - and after an explanation, all will be cleared up - if you require any explanation at all.

This change is a change that would never need to be, if I realised earlier a surprise "difference" between the NWN2 engine and the NWN1 engine... with respect to something about Druids that for all intents and purposes is something entirely unsuspected, and what actually shocked me when I found out only today about.

Confused yet? Same here. Anyway, when and if anyone even cares, if anyone needs clarification about said change from me (if and when they notice this change), I will be happy to further expalin it in-game in tells anytime to ease the minds of those who might think it may or may not, possibly only half chance maybe be a partial problem in teh short, medium, long or infinite term.

I do not reveal the actual issue here, since should anyone who has not met my PC meet him after this change, then all will seem normal anyway, so none the wiser, none harmed.

If an explanation is needed, i'm happy to provide any who might want to know in PMs or in tells in game should anyone feel immersion might suffer due to this, which I also assume it won't.

Dino companion huh? Good you can tame the velociraptor forest I am adding....

Actually one of teh old TSR modules did have a dinosaur island...was the first one I bought 20 years ago..the island was far to the south of the Duchy of something.

Someone already thought I did, and alas, I did not choose a silly Velociraptor animal companion.

Never did, probably never would.

Issue was cleared up for patch 1.23 says one wiki. While other information sources still say the issue I originally was planning my change for still exists. I'll just have to wait until Bu reaches high enough level to test it, then i'll know for sure. Otherwise, I am hoping very much that the wiki that states that my issue was cleared up with 1.23 is correct, so no major changes in my plans ever need to change.
