Server setting

Post by Ithildur »

Quick question, is the server set to 'normal' i.e. not DnD hardcore rules (AOE spells do not dmg party, etc)? If so... and I'm truly afraid to ask this question...

Is it intentional?

Please say it ain't so, ALFA.

I think the settings are set to hardcore as default, be careful when casting sleep, grease entangle and and the like ;)

The server should be set to "D&D Harcore Rules", but occasionally it's restarted wrong or a DM misclicks on the setting slider. If there is an indication the server is using the wrong ruleset, just report it in the same thread you would use if the server is down.

It's easily fixed.

Thank Ao!

The best way to CvC in ALFA is to *accidentally* target a hated PC that you are partied with (usually in a "big tent" DM event) with an AoE spell!
PCs: NWN1: Trailyn "Wayfarer" Krast, Nashkel hayseed

NWN2: ??
