A Land Far Away

Good evening, I've noticed we have a fair amount of elves on the server. I am curious to see how many pcs would be interested in participating in a group that takes care of elf interests first.

This would eventually involve some definite moral greys, and for those elves who are all good at this point, we can certainly provide situations to shift your characters point of view.

This thread isn't to see if your characters are interested, but if you as a player would be interested in bring your characters along this route, dm motivation would be provided to bring some shining beacons of elven goodness to a bit more grey as needed.

So if you are interested, pm me or post here. I'll want at least 3 players willing to commit for me to launch this plot off the ground.

Zalanthe spent 123 of her 124 years in Evermeet, so Elves is virtually all she knows. Elven interests would still tug at her emotionally as the right thing to do.

I'm interested in the conflict between Berendil serving the marches as a ranger in the legion, and his duty to everdusk. To this point the legion has almost always won out, but there hasnt been too many strong challenges to make him choose. I would not mind at all being challenged more in this direction.

I'm not really sure where it would go, but that's the fun, I would like to excercise mroe of his chaotic nature, but have never had much of a chance. Interested indeed

Sadly, im in the opposite timezone

as far as time slots go, if you can give one that would likely be the case I can likely work my own times to fit. preferably not GMT monday nights though as I've got to travel early tuesday mornings. otherwise im quite willing to stay up till ungodly hours

Mind reader here folks.

Ok there is definitely interest here, so i'll start writing up everything. Don't expect anything major or scheduled to start for about 2 weeks, as I'm giving wynna time to finish her campaign, but you'll start getting some nudges in game.

And remember, this isn't just about getting elves more "elfy" this campaign may well be about putting elven interests directly against some other interests, so consider what that might mean to your character before you commit.

Glad to see we have enough people willing to go grey though.

Not sure if this will fly with Berendil, he pursues good pretty relentlessly and believes in the marches confederacy vision of races working together. Perhaps this may not be the best fit for him after all.

Still, very excited to see this happening and I'm sure I can add something even if not directly involved.
