Drama + SoZ upgrade troubles

Yikes,
I'm going to try my hardest to be on for dealing with my part in this drama. However, yesterday I finally received "Strorms of Zehir" and like a giddy child; loaded it along with its patches. It wasn't until afterwards i noticed the warning on the forums to "not load" the expansion. Going to see if I can uninstall it today as i can't get on the server.

You should be able to log on with SoZ installed. We also plan to switch over to SoZ this weekend.

Yeah,
I tried to log on and it told me "Server Module doesn't match game data". I'll try to undo my stupidity tonight; worse case scenario, I'll have to wait for the weekend.

Just patch run the nwn2 patch.

As they said; just patch your SoZ install, and you should be able to play. Patch it today, though... rumor is the next patch (which we're not quite ready for) is out tomorrow.

Ever since I patched SoZ I havent had a toon survive past lvl 1. I support this thread and patching.

Man, you think YOU got problems? Unless I can DL SoZ from the Limey site (at an inflated price of 29 euros instead of $29, i might add!) I won't be able to play until the damned expansion pack reaches Israel, and there is no ETA for it.
Starting tomorrow you can count me out until further notice.

And how am I going to get the downloaded game? with my rotten record with direct connections for uploading/downloading stuff from friends/family in the US, it'll be out in stores before I get the last part of the file

Couldn't the game just be bought here (US) and shipped there (wherever)?
