First to reply in a bug thread  :coffee:

The Priest in rivermoot if you have been granted access as one of an allied faith he will open his healing spells to you but no store will open and there is an appraise check.

No other options will give allied faith access to his store at all. this results in no healing potion access only the spell on the fly from the priest himself

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but I'm too tired to go looking elsewhere:
That bug post about the Tyran priest just reminded me of a question I had regarding the temple of Torm in SM: Has Helm been added as an ally, yet, or does his priest still have a stiff neck about the whole Time of Troubles business and refuse service to Helmites?

A word about the priests in the temples.

I made the initial scripts for all the priests, though I believe some have been altered, but for the Priest(s) of Tyr and the one for Torm, their scripts check your religion attribute and if it matches the attribute of the priest (ie Tyr or Torm or Lathander, Red Knight, etc) it then opens a religion specific store. The store composes of several typical religious items (potions, scrolls, etc) but also listed specific religious items only for that religion, such as a diety favoured weapon, rings, symbols, shields, armor etc.

I was planning to add a dozen more temples but I believe the ones I scripted with items were:

Torm
Tyr
Lathander
Red Knight
Bane
Helm
Ilmater
Tempus
Kelemvor
Silvanus

(quite a long list!!!)

I had planned to do Moradin, Chauntea, Tymora, the Elven group with help from another builder, and a few others I also had a spot planned for a monastery with Monky stuff ... if someone else wants to take up the job I can show you the spot ...

I think that was it. Some may have been changed or removed depending on the HDM.

Working on Mystran temple right now, I may pick up the Tymoran temple after...depends on how fried I am on temples, I tend to overdo sometimes, so some are getting in still. :D Depending on the powers over the server, I'd love to work on the monestary for our resident monks at some point in the near future...I may ask to do that one after I finish the Tower of Balance.

The timed XP routine currently fires twice, giving two consecutive messages:
RP increment
no increment- inactive
Same with the location script:
Location increment
no increment- inactive
[edit by AcadiusLost: this is a rare bug that shows up occationally especially after crashing and rejoining quickly. You can usually sort it out if it happens, by logging out for 10 minutes or so, then logging back in again. 11/17/08]

Encountered a bug today, hope it fixes itself. I rested while in the barbarian rage cool down period. After I came out of rest the negative effects stayed on my PC and never returned to normal. I tried entering rage again -- but no dice -- effects never returned to normal. Tried logging but still no dice. Hope my PC isn't corrupted now or something.

From Silvy Northwest you see both a brick and mortar bridge and the 'cloud' effect for the Moonbridge. From Northeast and South you see just the cloud effect.

[edit by AcadiusLost: darned thing keeps reappearing (we have to set it back to that to re-bake the area or import/export it, so it's a recurring bug). Fixed in the current module. 11/17/08]

After completing a Ladies College class and getting reward from instructor they will sometimes despawn before you "choose" which item you want. Leaving you sans reward. This is actually being in convo with them at the time of despawn having been rewarded the exp but still being on the select scroll page.

Some instructors walk off which isnt a problem but some just dissapear. Transmutation comes to mind as the one that dissapeared on me. Happened one other time awhile back also but do not remember which instructor.

Keep trying to fix the disappearing instructors issue. I'll get it eventually.

  • Priest Barnabas Arclight of the same area sends players to fetch "some herbs" from his "old friend, the Priest of the Sylvanus temple". I don't know what happened between those two, but Nature Priest Sylvan Oakshadow in 6b Highway 3 Temple of Sylvanus doesn't want to talk about it. And he's not selling any herbs.
