A Land Far Away

Having just posted my regular session, I must now put it off for this week. A RL deadline has just been moved up on me, so ALFA has been cancelled for me today.

We'll shoot for Friday this week for my DMing.

Forgot to post my Uni timeslot. Doh. Edited first post. I should be able to make this timeslot this week, also, fingers crossed.

Let's plan on having an enrollment session that night. It'll be Admissions Day at Silvy Uni. Please post the name of your PC in this thread if you plan on being there. We've got a gazillion PC Bios and I'll need to dig yours out.

So i would end up being 30-45 minutes late for the University session (starts at 2pm for me while i do not finish work until 2:15) but would greatly enjoy being involved if it can be possible.

Uni interests me but that time is a definite no-go.

Does the uni need body-guards for its fledgling mages? Escorts for the field-exercises? Or maybe combatives instructors? Surely they should offer a course in physical self-defense for the aspiring adventurer-wizard? Velya might not be able to read, but she could teach them which end of the dagger goes into the enemy, and she could keep the training-monsters from tearing the hide off the freshmen.

Slight delay. I've been trying to log on for half an hour without success. Keep hanging on the load bar. I'll get on if I can.

All right. This has been a disaster. I apologize to the player I was RPing with when a random teleport suddenly grabbed me and threw me into the ten minute load screen of death. It's now an hour and a half into my planned time on server and I'll I've managed to do is load three areas successfully.
