Mishmash's DM times/private appointments

Hello all, I'd like to make a sticky for times I will be available. Over the summer this may be fairly irregular, so if you are involved in any of my plots, etc, it may be worthwhile checking this post quite often.

I would also like to offer an invitation to the players to arrange private sessions with me. This invitation goes out particularly to new ALFAns who might really benefit from a DMd session or two, to get them involved in the server and hopefully introduce them to a group of other players. If you are new to ALFA and would like to be more involved with the server, please don't hesitate to send me a PM, and I'll do my best to organise something. This also goes for older members who for whatever reason are starved of DM time. I'm most likely to be available on Euro evenings.

Lastly, a word about the campaign for rogues that I was keen to start a couple of weeks back. While it hasn't been easy, for several reasons to get off the ground, I know there are still a few players out there who would like their characters to be involved... If you would, please send me a pm with the time you would be available, and what your char's interests/plans are. Hopefully we can work things out so that the rogue types soon have an organisation which they can rp with, recruit for, make plans with etc... In the meantime all such characters whould continue scheming and making their own plans...

TIMES

This evening (31 July)will drop in for about an hour between 8 and 10pm GMT. Tomorrow, should be on around the same time, but for a considerable while longer.

I expect I will have no chance to DM for at least a week starting this monday, as I'm away searching for a place to live in a big, frantic city. I'll post her again when I return.

Hey all

I hope everyone is well and enjoying themselves. Istanbul is a really wonderful city but I still find myself occasionally missing ALFA. Found a great place but its completely unfurnished, so it will take me a little while longer to decorate. As soon as I know for certain when I can make it back I will let you know.

Take care
mishmash

Works for me! It'd probably be cheeper for me to fly to Istanbul than to take a vacation in Eilat. I'll even bring my own inflatable matress, as long as you supply the linens and bed-warmer (professional or amateur, I'm not picky).

OK I have never had virtual friends invite themselves over before, not really sure how I should respond, hehe... Course it would be great to meet you guys and show you around the city, there's plenty to spark the imagination over here, both old and new. Maybe I could suggest a very cheap and extremely relaxed hostel to you if you do decide to visit.

An update on how things are going:

Don't know if you've heard of this before but Turkish bureaucracy is an absolute nightmare. My flatmate wants to have his old internet account transferred to the flat, and its going to take until september. My apologies to everybody involved who is being kept waiting, I really wish I could have tied up the plots before I had to go off. Hope you're all keeping well and having fun in game.

Anyway, got the net and what's more I have absolutely nothing to do until registration next week so until then I will be on most evenings GMT +3, starting tonight.

I've been beset by guests, some of whom have been unexpected and others even uninvited. The last (god willing) leaves on Wednesday, I'm hoping to be back then. Hell is other people. Ugh.

Unfortunately, Misha has had to retire to focus on his studies. Good luck, MishMash!
