A Land Far Away

I'm coming back to ALFA as a player very soon. Looking to finally realize my dream character (which I will not say much about to keep things interesting for in game). I'm getting all the files I need this week, then I'm away for a week. When I get back, expect to see me in game, so long as the bio gets DM approval. I assume I need to talk to Wynna or Holyrage, correct?
