The latest post in my "Rivermoot" saga is an IC report from Vellya to certain NPCs and PCs - it does not contain names, so there is little meta-information, and rather than send a million PMs to every DM and both PCs this is for, I though I would just make an IC post.

Is this something I should read? In other words, is the "report" detailing things my character would be aware of as an Argent Legion militiaman?

The report is initially delivered to Battle-Priest Hylan, Knight-Captain Diane Dela Santi, and Priest-Captain Lucas Karlhassen of the Red Knights. I strongly suspect that they will turn this report over to the Argent Legion - but that is for the DMs and the players of Diane and Lucas to decide.
You can read the report though - it does not name the names of the persons most involved (either the "criminal" nor the High Hold "sergeant" involved).
