My thanks for the warm welcome, as to the juicy stuff:
DM times will be mostly evenings GMT. Other times of the day are possible, but main slice of the cake will be on evenings GMT. My NWN2 DM Client knowledge is pathetic (inexistent would be more correct), so I am hoping to learn the basics along.

Start small like I used to. Catch some PCs doing something, like taking a drink or writing something down. Make them make a roll, and if they botch it, build from there.
One of the most fun times I had learning to use the DM client was making Drak's (that Oz guy) PC make a reflex test when he was tossing and catching his dagger in the air. Cut himself, went to wash it in a shady tavern, didn't check the water. The water was dirty, Fortitude test, failed... became infected. Had lots of fun possessing NPCs looking after him and him interacting with PCs, even would give him ticks of damage via the DM wand (which I hear is non-existent now) when a newly anointed clergyman was looking after him and botching his aid.
Mind you, that's just me. I like doing small things to get used to it all. If you're crazy, go ahead and spawn a Bugbear siege on the town or something
