A Land Far Away

So, I was going to ask in chat, but given the horrible time zone I have given myself (I may be EST, but I certainly don't live by it), I seem to always miss or forget my chance to ask, so I'll ask here:

Who is best to send a bio to? All the DMs of TSM, or will sending to one sort of spread it out amongst one another in a secret super forum of death and destruction for all made PCs? Just curious, as I've held back on sending it out for the past few days, and I think having at least the powers that be holding it would clear some things up.
