Mayhem, this is what I did to connect.
I deleted everything from my PWC folder and started Worlgate client.
It downloaded a new, complete PWC.
I deletd everything from my hak folder and downloaded the hak file.
Having installed that I connected to the module.
Worked fine.
So I'm guessing you just need to redownload the PWC from scratch.
Sorry mate for this hassle. It's bugging me that you can't connect.

I have been getting all the HAKS and downloads manually but more often than not have been unable to get into the game, various HAKS missing, so at the end of my teather i deleted NWN2 and everything related to it, reinstalled, got all the updates and tried my luck with Worldgate as that seems to be what all you guys are using, anyway i followed all the hints and all seemed well until i tried to get into the game, it seems like it is the same missing HAKS as always, "missing HAKS - tiles, terrain, placeables, items, gui, fx, acr01, 2da" i will be the first to admit i am barely competant on a PC but it does seem strange that be it manual or through Worldgate that it seems the same things are missing, especially after a complete reinstall of the game, please help guys, Chris.

I'm off to bed mate, so I apologise for not being able to help. I'm really sorry for the hassle you're experiencing. AL, can you help out here? If not, I'll post a series of possible solutions in the morning Chris.

The files you're missing are ALFA's haks- they'll need to be downloaded and installed in order to join the server.
The Worldgate client is meant to automate this process, but it seems it's not quite set up for the new haks (we're changing them fairly often as we add new content for now, hopefully they should settle down soon).
If you want to get set up to play manually (as in, not using the worldgate client), this is what you'll need to do:
1. Obtain the "current" ALFA haks. They can be downloaded as one combined RAR file at this location:
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... rrored.rar
2. unpack the haks using winRAR or winZIP, then put them all in your "my documents"/neverwinter nights 2/hak folder.
3. Obtain the current PWC file for ALFA003. Indio has this up as a 5-part download as follows:
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... part01.rar
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... part02.rar
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... part03.rar
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... part04.rar
http://www.thesilvermarches.net/uploads ... part05.rar
Put them all in a folder, then right-click on the first one with winRAR, and choose "unpack here"- it should compose them all into one large .pwc file.
4. Put that pwc file into your /my documents/neverwinter nights 2/pwc folder.
Then, you should be ready to join and play (at least, until we change our haks a bit again, in a few days or weeks).

Agreed, I can't find the server either.
Please inform immediately when the server is functional again?

I'm getting the "You have been booted" message when I try to log in.

I've restarted the server to see if it helps, but till just now I hadn't touched the module since the session earlier. Maybe AL tinkering in the database, however unlikely that reason seems.

That seems to have fixed it.
Blacksmith still not talking, so it wasnt a temporary abberation.

Interesting.
I'll bet it has something to do with your PC having quest states stored which are now trying to be reconciled by the ACR, and it's deciding your illegitimate. Probably wrong.
Now, cipher has made a breakthrough, defeating the lag, and the quest system should be up and running within the next day or so. Hopefully this will see the end of the temporamental bootings as well.

I'm not sure it is that, as IIRC it also happened with a brand new PC who had no quests.
