It's when either your locul version of the NWN2 upplication or the server you ure pluying on runs into u processing error and stops working, sending you buck to Windows or even forcing you to reset your muchine.

The bowyer in Silverymoon sells mundane ammunition for 5g/20x.. should be 99x instead I believe?
The minimum price for ammunition is 1gp per 100. Shopping around can save you money.

Had a couple of graphical glitches...
First I got attacked by an unselectable floating question cube called "goblin subchief".

Then Gruu warp spasmed, like Slaine.

Can anyone confirm this is server-side?

not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but 9 times out of 10 healing potions are rolling a 1 for healing, and the crystal tear i have has rolled a 1 for healing EVERY time i've used it so far. May not be a bug and simply be just REALLY bad luck, but thought id mention it

The NPC controlling access to the inn rooms in Settlestone is missing. They should probably hire someone more reliable.

Auvendell - Silver Arms Inn:
Resting is not allowed in the upstairs nor downstairs inn rooms. Also, the upstairs "luxury room" gate guard claims the price is 10gp but only 5gp is taken.

Silverymoon - Vault of Sages:
The Vault Keeper NPC allows you to complete (including the GP and XP reward) Fourthpeak - Raid 2 as "Literary 2".
It's quite convenient because the FP gnome is often absent.
Please don't abuse script quirks like that, they're impossible to fix if they cause problems further down the line.
Hrafen Jye does indeed not spawn reliably.

003 travel map west - Water floating high in the air near the blasted tower. (lowering water to the rest of the river should fix it.)

The Settlestone static Gray Wolf Guard Post seems bugged. Noone I know has been able to get it to update past initially getting it.

The quest to get herbs form Silvanus Priest still seems to be bugged.
I found some ATs without connection. One to keepersdale (sp) and one hidden cave. Not sure if they were there on purpose though and waiting to be connected. Though the keepersdale was named and all.
