Re: Bug Thread March 18 --
Maybe that's to counter the sneaky bastards who keep spawning in your face because of the stealth addiction they've all developed....
Speaking of which, is there any ETA on a fix? I don't wish to sound like I'm pushing, I'm simply asking. I know shit like this can drive a builder/scripter up the damned walls.
Fixed 13-Apr-2009 - HDM Curmudgeon

- 003 Start Area - Cloth Footwrappings cannot be sold back to the River Merchant. Unlike other 1gp items they are of 0 value once bought. Also, his Warlock's Outfit has unmatching skin colouring.
- 6d Silverymoon South - the benches by the river cannot be sat upon. And the front of the nearby Dawndancer House is hovering in the air.
- 6d Silverymoon: Mornbrights Clothing and Dyes - the Black Cloth Bandana, as sold by Sarah Lendual has the icon of a golden circlet. Her Black Cloth Head Bandana has one of a hat. And isn't that an oxymoron anyway? And aren't they called "bandannas"?
- The first few lines of the descriptions of my wizard's spells are removed within a fraction of a second, rendering it unclear what school they're in or what casting requirements they have. Which is very annoying.
- 6d Silverymoon Northeast - Myra's Fruits and Flowers' market stall lacks any supports for the goods that hang off a line above the stall proper. And Kylan's travelling [sic] and Adventuring Supplies doesn't turn to face the PC when addressed.

I've had this happen occasionally for unknown reasons. It eventually goes away and you can see the full description. Same thing with character descriptions written via PC tools; sometimes part of it gets cut off (the bottom part, not the top interestingly unlike spell descriptions) and sometimes it shows up.hollyfant wrote: [*]The first few lines of the descriptions of my wizard's spells are removed within a fraction of a second, rendering it unclear what school they're in or what casting requirements they have. Formerly: Aglaril Shaelara, Faerun's unlikeliest Bladesinger
Current main: Ky - something

I notice it most often when I have a non-ALFA spells.2da in my override folder... otherwise for me, its pretty rare.Ithildur wrote:I've had this happen occasionally for unknown reasons. Re: Bug Thread March 18 --
It's gone now for me too. Weird.
- 6d Silverymoon: Fochlucan
- Fochlucan Proprietor Vinura has a dialogue that doesn't allow the PC to refuse her quest.
- The Fochlucan Tutor's quest requires PCs to barge straight through a pile of books, which for some would be decidedly OOC. Also, the PC's dialogue upon completion gives no choice but to be rude (and misses a capital).
- A Spellbook can be sold to merchants, and at a price that doesn't take the content in account.
- Starting wizards get "Draconic" twice in their list of possible bonus languages. Said list seems to leave out many of the regional languages in favour of horribly obscure or even planar ones.
- A flying tree at the arrow:
- 6d Silverymoon: Mornbrights Clothing and Dyes - Sarah Lendual refuses to face her customers.
- 6d Silverymoon: Shining Scroll - the proprietor refuses to reveal herself.
Re: Bug Thread March 18 --
I think the quest : Tyr's herbs from RM is buggy.
When you get to the temple of Silvanus you have no option to buy the needed herbs.
Also that Silvanus priest there have some duplicated chat options.

I do the task correctly but the portcullis does not drop

Re: Bug Thread March 18 --
Not really bugs as much as loose ends.
In Quaervarr:
None of the chairs, benches etc in the Whistling Stag are "sittable"
Blacksmith shop does not have a "returns bin"
