No, because, as Danielmn stated, it must be part of the armor/body-slot, not a head-slot (ie. helm) item. Personally, I'm wondering how we can get scabbards added to our Helmite armor. That would look really sweet. Shoulder or waist scabbards, won't matter to us. A workaround for this would be the regular "iron mask" in the headslot, and two robes tooled the exact same color, one with a hood built into it and one without, so you can quickslot the two robes, and by switching between them induce a hood on/off effect visually, while maintaining the mask within the headslot itself.
