I believe that's bugged since the area was trimmed, the mapnote is on the far western edge of the map and I'm guessing the trigger is either missing or outside the walkable area,

Travel Map encounter between Winter's Edge and Subrin Vale brings one to the Wendover Crypts upon exiting the encounter map screen.

-- Yondalla temple quest chain, #2. Flavor text inside the warehouse fires, but the rat does not spawn. It is, apparently, very fat and very angry, but very not there. Can't finish the quest as a result.
-- Ilmater temple quest chain, #1. Washer woman does not spawn. Or she isn't spawning because she's been killed by wolves and none of us goodie PCs can save her because we don't see her until the quest is getting done. Maybe we could have her spawn by the pond in the same area, where it's safer?

None of them seem to drop ears, though. But I haven't really checked if I need to loot some orc part to turn it in, either.

The ones that have the specific drop spawn in a specific place. At this place, really, the orcs are not spawning.

Caused by the clearing of action queue when using drive mode during the OnEnter event of the trigger. Slow loop is required to force equip of creature item. Inventory cleanup script needed as part of OnExit.

Item Tankard, Metal - as sold in Rauvenwatch Malitia Surplus store - bugged.
An equipable item, I believe at one time this item actually put a mug in the PC's hand. Now when equiped, the PC's hand merely balls up as if holding something, but nothing appears in hand. Not really a pressing issue, since we have a tankard VFX anyway...but next item sweep we might just want to remove the equipable function.

Mornbright's and Ironshield's have return bins which are bugged. I lost 279 gold between the two of them.

It is my understanding that this is (probably) already a known issue, but I am posting it because I and another player or two ran into it recently.
If a player uses DMFI follow on a party member, and the party goes to the travel map, then once the party transitions back to a normal area, autofollow remains stuck on without a cancel button.
A workaround (as Zelknolf kindly noted to me) is to initiate a new DMFI follow request to another player, then cancel the follow request.
