Ive only seen a bunch of high level peoples. As Ive had the misfortune of experiencing first hand, low levels die very, very quickly when travelling with high level groups.

I think there might be a couple? I do know that MS just saw a large influx of new characters.

I would argue that high levels are usually pretty good at keeping the lowbies alive (Aelynthi and Persephone were both along for that, and were both nurtured up from level 1 by higher-level toons without getting exploded). Just happened across some super bad luck there. :/
That said! Yeah, there are only a couple lowbies who wander around TSM, and they travel between servers. If the goal is a uniformly-low-level party, you'd have to recruit some people to make new toons to do it here.

I have a lvl 2 toon and willing to travel IF we can get a scheduled night and time to play (and it would be nice to have a DM).
