I'm getting an 'error loading the module' thing due to some files not being able to get transferred over. One of the hak files was corrupt or something and it wouldn't transfer. I deleted the hak folder and tried to re-download it again, but it's still not transferring over. I can't log in at all because of it...

Edit: got it working now. deleted the PWC and re-downloaded it (took long enough x_X)

No matter how often I run WorldGate, I get the popup "ready to update 2 files (up to 24 kb) ?" and the result "1 files not transfered!" (sic). The beta server package does something similar, oddly enough. I've tried Dragoness' solution, but that made no difference.

Ther one file not transgerred may be the one that is effecting the musical thing...just a guess.

I get the same message, but if I run Worldgate again straight away, it updates that file.

Could be, one filename I saw flying past was "tlk_performer_326.wav" or something similar.

Also: the worldgate URL has changes with the new hosting arrangement. Please upgrade to worldgate v1.8, and use "From URL" with the address: "worldgate.alandfaraway.org/nwn2" to set up the profile.
