A few small outdoor wilderness shrines to nature based deities would be nice. I know you are planning to concentrate the elven deities in one temple but some outdoor place of worship to say Rillfane for example would be nice and improve immersion around RP of religious worship I think.

Jergal isnt a deity any longer, He has no portfolio and no ability to grant clerical powers. He is now a servant and friend to Kelemvor, and helps him record the names of the dead.

Jergal

Demigod
Symbol: Jawless skull and writing quill on scroll
Home Plane: The Fugue Plane
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Portfolio: Fatalism, proper burial, guardian of tombs
Worshipers: Monks, necromancers, paladins
Cleric? Alignments: LE, LG, LN
Domains?: Fate, Law, Repose, Rune, Suffering, Death, Good, Evil
Favored Weapon: "A white glove" (scythe)

Not a powerful deity anymore, no, but he is still within Faerunean deities in our wiki, FRCS and Faiths&Pantheons.

I'd say shrines are the way to go. A god should not get a full temple just because PCs chose them as their patron, but shrines, either at relevant locations or within temples of allied dieties, would make sense and serve as focal points for likeminded characters.
