Coincidentally, that also should be the most-accurate list to check for what spells are available for any of the base classes, though I imagine that something has gone wrong with the rollout if they're not in play.

Unless I missed it somewhere(?), I also have never seen a dummy slot. Any RP spells i've cast (Plant Growth as well with paazin now that i recall), since it was "out of combat RP session", I just told him what i "pray for" and then use the spells as if he had them.

Dummy slot would be cool though.

Some DMs seem to be happy with a spontaneous conversion approach to RP spells which is very forgiving indeed! Premeditated, named* dummy RP spell slots would help level the versatility balance between primary casters and non-primary casters.

* Presumably if they're not named then spontaneous conversion may still happen but it will be limited to spells within that level.

Yeah I've never noticed dummy slots for clerics either... so even if designed and sitting around someplace, they're non-implemented. I suppose they could all have descriptive text reminding "do not take this spell without agreement of the DM who would adjudicate its use beforehand, including agreement on what this slot stands for in terms of spell name" or something.
