I need some in the north of Amn or thereabouts. Know any?

Hm, that region hasn't exactly been home to many Dwarves since Deep Shanathar. There's the Wailing Dwarf of course, but it has been abandoned. And I think there are Azerbloods in the Small Teeth Mountains.

A bit late, however:
Tethyr:
You have the Starspire dwarves, Clan Ghalmrin, who are gem-cutters and miners.
The clan Gemcrypt of the Western Starspire Mountains...who are considered extinct from a feud with the elves of Tethyr and Darthiir Wood.
High Shanatar and Deep Shanatar dwarves such as Clan Axemarch, who became known for talents uncharacteristic of dwarves, such as farming, music, and scholarly learning. Their cities are mostly lost, though quite possibly there might be a few smaller 'clans' still around there or who can a least trace their lineage from the area.
Angar "Steeleye" Axeson is a dwarven smith in Mosstone (Duchy of Velen).
Amn:
Not many at all except for a small community of shield dwarves in the Cloud Peaks not sure which family/clan they represent though...will update it here once I know.
As far as major southern clans that should still be active/alive (though as per Dwarves Deep):
Belindorn
Bladebite
Breakadder
Crownshield
Gemscepter
Ghalkin
Goldthumb
Gordrivver
Malthin
Masiemyr
Sorndar
Talnoth
Undurr
Velm
Zord
Of course you can back-story your own minor clan, tying into one of the major ones or perhaps even one of the extinct clans. Reestablish the clan's past honor in Amn...as far as the humans let you.
