Can non-aquatic elves follow him?

Anyone can follow anyone, but yeah, Demihuman deities has 99% of his followers as sea elves, with 1% as half sea elves. So I guess its much more common for sea elves to follow other deities than it is for non-sea elves to follow Deep Sashelas.
