Scardeep

Trying to research Scardale. The towns mentioned are Scardale Town, Chandlercross, and Faetherfalls. In the FRCS the maps shows all three towns within the scar. We have the Tantras mod. The FRCS mentions that Chandlercross has a council consisting of 4 reps from Chandlercross and 4 from Scarsdeep.
Where is Scarsdeep on the map? It is mentioned in the FRCS but it doesn't show on the maps in the book. It appears that it is roughly the same size as Chandlercross. We have a map of Scardale Town from the Tantras mod, and a rough position of Chandlercross from Scardale Town, but no location of Scarsdeep though it is near Chandlercross.
Any ideas?
