How about major temples in Faerun? I know about the Lady's House in Arabel... are there any others worth mention?

Tower of Luck in WD and The House of the Lady in SD are two that come to mind.
Oh, and rumour has it there is a small shrine that is new in Loudwater.

The Lady's House - Arabel, which is the main temple of Tymora as it was there where she appeared during the Times of Trouble.
The Lady's Hall - Baldur's Gate
The Gate of Good Fortune - Mulmaster
The Lady's Hall ("Luck House" to all non-devout) - Ordulin
The Lady's Happy Hall - Procampur
The Towers of Good Fortune - Suzail
The House of Hope - Tantras
The Hall of Luck - Urmlaspyr
The Ladysluck Tower - Yauhnn
Probably some more out there.

Though likely true in the immediate wake of the Time of Troubles, the sacking and occupation of Arabel during the Cormyr series likely dampened it's standing. Certainly the version we have repesented in 013A Arabel City isn't particularly grand- I believe there was some ALFA canon before my time which somewhat explained the discrepency- a power struggle between Doust Sulwood and a somewhat Megalomaniac high priest of Tymora who believed he was the sole mouthpiece of the Goddess after her re-ascension. These days I'd say it's a pilgrimage point at times, but not much of the original structure would remain.
In any case, I expect Tymora's church to be one of the least centralized and organized of the Faerunian faiths. I would expect most function pretty independantly.
Tymora does have some neat history, the story of the split with Beshaba from Tyche particularly.

Fairfortune Hall, Daggerford
Certainly not a major temple but still a place of worship. Located just off of the militia drill field in town, Fairfortune Hall is a small, modestly furnished temple dedicated to the worship of Lady Luck. The halfling, Bando the Lame, is the priest.

heh thanks a lot guys. trying to work some concepts out and a luckbringer is one of them. I can't find anything anywhere regarding her favored armor, though.

I'm not seeing anything concerning armor that Tymora herself would wear. As for Tymoran adventurers, they tend to wear whatever but favoring silver and blue to some degree.
I will add also that Daggerford's Fairfortune Hall sells unique weapons/armor for those of the faith.

Among the followers of Tymora titles are used and changed with ease and informality, but "Lord Priest" and "Lady Priestess" are respectful forms of address that apply to all, and "High" is added in front of this for clergy senior in years or in demonstrated power, who are referred to as "the High." A "favored of Tymora" is a being chosen by the goddess to enter her clergy. A "fallen of Tymora" is one who has left her service and spurned chances for atonement and forgiveness. An "Atalara" is a priestess of Tymora whose body has at some time or other been directly possessed by the goddess so as to act and speak for her, which usually changes all body hair to a deep blue, and the pupils of the eyes to bright silver.
