NESS is back..

this guy has fixed it for NWN2..
I like the spawn system ronan, acadius, cipher and others worked on but it sure would be nice to have my old friend back
Is there code for waypoints, etc. we can pinch from this system??

seems like I am way behind the eight-ball. NW NESS Guild (of which I just remembered I am a member) fixed it for NWN2 in January of this year.. wewt only a year behind schedule Thangs..

they've already done several updates. I've heard NWNx4 and DMFI compatability are sub-par but I might poke around under the hood of both systems and see if there's anything we can add to ours..

It can probably add a few thousand hours of lag.

Feel free to poke around NESS2 and see if it's got things we might want for ALFA- if so, I can see about plugging them into ALFA Spawn code. Never seen the details of how NESS did things behind the scenes (only used it as a builder, to mixed results), I think it's reasonable to expect it will still suffer from some of the same drawbacks as it did in NWN1- so all other things being equal, I'd rather add some of their features onto ALFA Spawns rather than the opposite.
