Bleeding/dying system?

Any code floating around for this? I found "hc_bleeding.nss", which we use for NWN1-ALFA in our 2da hak resources- I could probably do a quick adaption of the code to fit into our current framework, though I'm disinclined to dig in on it if someone's got something already mostly done.
Cipher? You're down for it in the old "To Do List", though I recall you said you'd delegated it to someone else who was at least partially dissapeared (or developing a similar system for another PW?)
I can't seem to find any system specification discussion in our arhived or current mechanics threads. Fundamentally, is there anything we need out of a bleeding system that we didn't already have going for us in NWN1-ALFA?
