FoxPro ODBC driver seems to work fine to connect to BW DBs. We should be able to write some APIs to do datamining, DB functionality, etc without *needing* wrap out to an external DB. This will ease the burden on hosts that don't already run SQL, though an actual DB may provide us better functionality (e.g. replication).
