Glad to hear it! The scripts should be firing every time an area is "activated", so PCs re-entering an area that has not yet despawned should not trigger it, but a new entry into an area that went inactive will. If the PCs enter an area via an AT with ACR scripts in place, the scripts should actually fire before the client is finished loading the area; so use of persistent variables should be OK lag-wise.
